Our Vision

John & Terina Dutton are the Co-founders of Dutton Family Ministries. Their heart's desire is to reflect the love of Jesus, seeking to be His hands and feet by meeting the basic needs of the poor, orphaned, and widowed and bringing them the true hope that only comes through a relationship with Him.

John has played football for over 30 years and has been a high school and junior college coach for over 10 years.  He is the Executive Director of Athletes For The Nations, a ministry under Dutton Family Ministries.  The mission of AFTN is to "Train athletes and coaches for success on the field and to teach them to LIVE FOR SIGNIFICANCE off of it."  John's vision is to inspire athletes and coaches to use their on-field success to help change lives off of it, both here in the U.S. and around the world.  John has a passion to see athletes and coaches get their eyes off their own accomplishments and have a personal vision of using the talents and blessings God has given them to impact the world. 

Terina is the founder of One Heart Global, a ministry and retail boutique aimed at preventing the circumstances that lead to children being orphaned, prostituted, and trafficked by creating sustainable business opportunities and income for individuals around the world.  She is also the founder of the Rise Up Movement, a movement of women who will shake off chains and entanglements to Rise Up, Live Out our created purpose, and Respond to a world in crisis with powerful solutions.

They have six children, two are adopted from Ethiopia, one from Uganda, and three  biological children.  They also have three daughter in laws and one granddaughter.
